Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
Shipping Timeline
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service disruptions.
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Enjoy free shipping across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat ₹150 COD fee will apply.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
You can also track your order anytime on our website using your Order ID or Tracking Number.
Important Shipping Terms
- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order. Incorrect details may cause delivery delays or failures.
- If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
- If the package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery:
- Do not accept the parcel.
- Record a video and contact our support team immediately.
